In accordance with the Department of Education Contributions, Charges and Fees Policy September 2001, schools can request up to a maximum contribution of $60.00 for each child in years K-6.
A Contribution is voluntary, and the funds are used towards the cost of materials and resources used by students in the educational program.
Contributions collected at this school are approved by the School Council and will contribute to purchasing additional resources for your child’s education.
Contributions for students enrolling during the school year will be calculated according to the term of entry.
The term charges refer to the provision of extra cost optional activities, which are part of an educational program and which Voluntary Contributions do not cover. All the following are optional and available to ALL students; however, participation is conditional on payment being made. If no payment is received, an educational activity with a similar outcome will be provided to that student.
The 2025 extra cost optional activities, which have been approved by School Council, are as follows. The estimated costs provided are at an upper limit and will not exceed this amount.
Parents can pay the Contributions off by periodical instalments if required.
The school will notify parents when any charges are due so that payment plans can be made before the event / activity takes place. Full payment is required by the day of the event / activities.
Parents are encouraged to pay regular instalments to place themselves in a credit position. This assists when money is due

These items can be purchased through the suggested supplier or a supplier of your own choice. Please refer to the Personal Items List for each year level. Prices have been quoted, but this will vary as to where you choose to purchase from.
Voluntary Contributions:
Parents may be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of the contributions they have paid if their child transfers to another school prior to the end of the school year. Alternatively, the remaining funds can be transferred to the new school. These refunds will be arranged upon your request and the refund will be calculated according to term of leaving.
Charges:
Consideration of a refund will be given if a child does not attend an event.
Extenuating circumstances at times, restricts a refund e.g. If payment is required up front and a refund is not given by a supplier.
Unallocated funds:
Upon child leaving, Parents / Guardians will be contacted if there are funds remaining on the student’s account.
